This license describes how Terralith and its code may (and, conversely, may not) be used. This license is subject to change by Starmute at his SOLE DISCRETION at any time. This license was last altered on September 3, 2021.

PERMITTED USES
===================

	- You are UNCONDITIONALLY PERMITTED to use Terralith for whatever personal purpose you desire. You can use it on a singleplayer world and modify it as much as you want, as long as you don't distribute modified versions of Terralith, whether the datapack or mod version.

	- You are PERMITTED to use Terralith on any Minecraft server, public or private. It is recommended, but not required, that you give credit to Starmute or note somewhere on your server that Terralith is in use. Furthermore:

		* You are additionally permitted to use Terralith in any MODIFIED form on any Minecraft server, public or private, provided that you do not distribute any modified versions of Terralith.

	- You are PERMITTED to use Terralith in its UNMODIFIED form (either as a datapack or a mod) as part of a publicly distributed modpack. If you do so, you MUST give credit to Starmute and include a link to the Terralith datapack or mod. Terralith must be used in its whole form (besides any compatibility addons for other datapacks.)

PROHIBITED USES
====================

	- You are FORBIDDEN to reupload, republish, or redistribute Terralith on its own, whether as a datapack or mod.

	- You are FORBIDDEN to reupload, republish, or redistribute any modified version of Terralith.

	- You are FORBIDDEN to use Terralith in any publicly distributed "datapack-pack" without Starmute's express permission. A "datapack-pack" is a collection of datapacks offered for download in a bundled form, which is distinct from a modpack because it can be used on an unmodified client.

	- You are FORBIDDEN to use any modified version of Terralith as part of any publicly distributed modpack or "datapack-pack" without Starmute's express permission. This includes cases where Terralith is required to be downloaded separately, with parts being overridden. There are two exceptions to this:

		i) Eliminating the random-teleport functionality from the Terralith datapack is allowed.

		ii) Changing either of the world seeds is allowed.

	- You are FORBIDDEN to use portions of Terralith's code as part of any other datapack, "datapack-pack", modpack or mod without the express permission of Starmute. You are free to read Terralith's code and use it as a resource to learn from, but copying parts of it into another project is not allowed. There is one exception for this:

		i) Making compatibility addons between Terralith and other datapacks is allowed, as long as Terralith's biomes are kept in their original form (besides any structures added.)

EXEMPTIONS
=============

	- Anyone currently employed by Mojang Studios is granted UNCONDITIONAL PERMISSION to use any part of Terralith or its code for any purpose relating to Minecraft's development.

	- The individual known as xNitrate is EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN to use Terralith on any public Minecraft server which accepts donations.
